When Edith finds photos of a mysterious woman on her husband's phone, the heartbreaking implications are all too familiar, and she sets out to discover the woman’s identity. What starts as a desperate search for answers quickly becomes a terrifying spiral of obsession and subterfuge.

With each new secret uncovered about her life, her marriage, and the man she loves, Edith is left with even more questions.

What exactly is her husband hiding?

Who is the woman in his photos?

Refusing to accept his lies any longer, Edith soon finds herself living a double life, telling lies and keeping secrets of her own. When she uncovers a final piece of the puzzle—something darker and more gut-wrenching than even she could've anticipated—she is forced to make a choice about the future of her marriage.

The truth always comes at a price—and sometimes that price is your life.

Fantastic listen!

Plot holes, far fetched and slow moving- narration was not great- the best friend was obnoxious.

Anticlimactic

Although it wasn’t the worst I have ever heard, and she was clear, I did not particularly care for the reader’s voice

Review

Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.

The story is good and I love the ending, but I considered attempting to return this multiple times because of the narration. The male impersonations were just irritating, much of it was very choppy and I found that it stole from the plot.

Narration Distracting
