so anything by Teddy Hamilton and Jacob Morgan

so here's the thing I will listen to anything by Teddy Hamilton and Jacob Morgan because their voices are so rich and inviting and lovely. They just draw you in. The story however is awesome easy and full of fluff. I mean there is no angst. No conflict but the inner turmoil the two mean must overcome. its hurt comfort. and poetic at times.

a very enticing book to say the least

this book hit everything right on the money! a beautiful and sexy relationship sparked from the dreams we all have in the lgbt community. not gonna put many details out about the book to ruin it for the rest of you but defiantly a must read and I've recommended it to multiple friends!

this book is empowering in many ways, it gives you a lot to think about and use the situations given in your own life.

Passion and emotion

I’ve been meaning to read this one for some time. I grabbed the audio and it was a total treat! Jacob Morgan and Teddy Hamilton gave so much depth and passion in their performances that you can’t help fall in love with Tristan and Alex, flaws and all. This was probably one of my favorite listens in a while! Tempting Tristan is a sweet romance with a little angst and drama, and a whole lot of character development and steam. The guys both brought so much emotion to their roles that you can’t help but stop what you are doing and enjoy the book for a few minutes.

Tristan has sworn off men. He’s been hurt one too many times and is tired of being pushed to the side as if he doesn’t matter after one too many toxic relationships. Alex is just back in town after being medically discharged from the army. He’s a war hero with more than just physical scars. He’s home to try to pick up the pieces of his life, mourn the loss of his grandmother who was his rock, and start fresh. She often wrote to Alex and talked of Tristan so Alex knows he must meet Tristan and thank him for taking care of her when Alex couldn’t. Once they meet, sparks fly. Fate, and perhaps Alex’s grandmother, bring these two men together. Neither knew that what they needed in life was the other and the chance to heal from the wounds life has left on both of them.

This amazing read is low on angst and drama, but high on the feels. Both men grow through their steamy relationship and heal from events in their pasts. Both men learn to trust and love after both have been denied in the past. Tristan and Alex meet at a moment in their lives when each is experiencing change, and come out stronger for having the other man at their side. This was a steamy, feel good read about love, personal growth, and trusting another. Jacob Morgan and Teddy Hamilton gave heart and passion to their performances which only enhances this amazing story. This amazing story will stick with you long after the last word.

Oh my love for a military man

I stumbled across this from countless recommendations but sadly it's Melissa's only mm romance book.

Tristan and Alex's story is so good. The history for both are filling enough to give me a sense of who they are, and what demons each faced with in the past.

I should have read that this book has some key TW for death, toxic masculinity, and military, but I guess ignorance is bliss in that I was blindsided with emotions.

The HEA was neat and clean but not forced, I cried at the end, it was so right for both of them.

Teddy & Jacob are a star duo every time, but I only wish I could tell the difference between Jacob & Teddy a bit more. It may be the writing but at times I couldn't distinguish if it was Alex speaking from Tristan's perspective, or if it was Tristan speaking from his own perspective.... If you get my gist.

Either way, loved this book. I hope Melissa will write more mm stories in the future. This is a standalone in the Harborside Nights series but you don't need to have read the other books to know anything about these MCs.

WOW!!!

The reality of the emotions really hit! The struggles of injury/PTSD PLUS being gay in the military... I don't even know. I am speechless. Heartwarming, heartbreaking, and AMAZING.
