I like this book because it tries to give the reader the power to overcome challenging situations.
The author gives various examples to help to find the way to the goal (how to keep away toxic people, open eyes to new perspective etc.)

Overall a very nice thought-provoking and enjoyable listening

I like the way this book is set up! In the accompanying PDF the author explains how this book can be used. She compares it with exercising and the different levels you can reach. Each person can figure out for themselves at what level they're at in life and how they can move forward from that point on.

The book helps with letting things go that hold us back in life, but also hones in on how you can create a good balance and better your relationships with people, but also your self-worth. Recommend for anyone that is willing to take a look at their own life and is open to change.

I offered this book to my wife. We have recently gone through a difficult event in our lives and going through depression. I think this book really picked her up. She said she really enjoyed the pace and soothing voice of the narrator. It was like listening to a very good friend who had gone through the same hardships as you and giving you actual practical advice on how to get out of the rut. Would definitely recommend it.

I like how this book was like listening to a friend. I enjoy books like this that helps open your eyes to new perspectives and gives you reminders and teach you things you don't know. I like how this book gives you step by step guides in your life. If you follow these steps you will definitely be more happy, and start really improving your life for the better

Firstly, I really like this book, the voice of the narrator was perfectly okay, It was like listening to a very good friend who had gone through the same hardships as you and giving you actual practical advice on how to get out of the rut. I also like this book because it tries to give the reader the power to overcome challenging situations. The author gives various examples to help find the way to the goals.Would definitely recommend it.
