Are the extraterrestrial Flickers what they seem to be?

They're outwardly friendly, sometimes more than that. But troubling questions have emerged:

What of the destroyed village on the Flicker world Alpha Orionis 8?

Is there an acceptable explanation for the adult humans living on Flicker worlds, who were taken up by flying saucers as infants?

And the biggest questions of all: What drew the Flickers to the solar system in the first place, and are the communities on Mars the first wave of a Flicker invasion?

These are just some of the questions troubling Mac and Chuck, and there's more: Just how intelligent are Mac's Flicker spaceships? And where do their loyalties lie?

This seventh book in the best-selling New Frontiers Series will entertain as well as make you think!

You really need to read at least a few of the earlier books before jumping into this one. Unless you understand the relationships between humans, Flickers, and Felis you will be a little lost.

asuuming you do, get ready for a really interesting book. Chuck is now very much the senior Sneyd, Robbie is still the President of Mars, and Roberta makes a very dramatic return.

Great Series.

Maybe the best in the series

There was such a long time between #6 and this one I had to go back and relisten to that one first. This is another good chapter. This series got off to a shaky start I thought, but these later editions are very good. Both the author and the narrator seem to have it their stride.
