this was just ok

the AI reading would read a lot of the words wrong. like he would say "U.S". as opposed to "us "...it was very strange. I wish there was a girl voice too.. it was just the guy.. really distracted from the story.

GREAT STORY

I loved the story so much that I bought the audiobook. My mistake was in not listening to a sample. I did not care for the narrator. there was almost no inflection in his voice. No trying to differentiate between any of the characters. I picture a Mafia Don as big, with a very strong masculine voice. the narrator doesn't even try to change voice tones. I've made a note to sample a story with this narrator before I even think of buying regardless of how much I love the book.

The story was OK. But I really have to say I intensely dislike virtual voice. Any of them not just this one. It detracts from the story.. There is no voice inflection. Hard to get excited about narration that Mundane.

This is a sweet story

I truly like the trust between the brothers, the faith in family, and love. The curvy leading lady with just a little sassiness. He is self assured in who he is.

The only thing I do not understand how they could change the age from 32 to 42 at the end. I guess the author or the narrator made the error.

Pretty good for virtual narration

This was free through audible plus and I really enjoyed it! Good story, not too long and drawn out. Even the virtual narration wasn’t too bad. Would read more from this author.
