Loved it !! this story. the narrator is so fantastic it's like your really there!! After listening to this story,. I totally enjoyed reading this book. It’s well written and the characters were uniquely fantastic. I would suggest this book to my friends that like this sort of genera. this was a good book. The narration was great.

Fun adventure for adults

A fun adventure. Definitely along the lines of an LitRPG book. At least that’s the baseline of it. The intro of the characters & their reason for leaving their homes. And then coming across each other through different adventures & then suddenly asked to come together to rid the area of the local dragon. I loved the adventure. I would caution this book for youth. There is an opening scene where the characters are having sex with description but enough said for the imagery & they are interrupted. & then mentions of nudity with a cursed witch who can transform. Again no real description of her body just says she nude & that some of the characters have strong attractions to her when they see her. I would recommend this book to adults, fantasy, & adventure lovers.

A fun adventure of origin stories.

Trevor Jones writes another great adventure with "That Damn Dragon!", the first book in the Adventurers Series. I loved this book! We get to see all of the origin stories of some great heroes of the lands. I cannot wait for book 2! Audio Version: This was my first time listening to David Hunsdale narrate and he did a great job.

D&D and more

The book has the feeling of a D&D adventure with a fair deal of character development. I love the fact that the characters aren't paper-cut-out stereotypes. I haven't read the Adventurer series that this is the back-story to but still found this book to be enjoyable. Lots of action and the narration is also great.
