An engaging gothic story that closely follows the life of a new governess who wants to expand her horizons and does so much more than expected. The gothic elements are fairly understated until the end.

The audio version is well done.

Fat flies

This was a great book I love a good old ghost story dead body in the walls oh yes it was great. Well written well narrated I recommend it, if you love a good ghost story this is it.

Good Story

This is a well written and entertaining tale. The narrator did an awesome job. I would recommend it.
