By far the best leadership book I’ve read! Covers various perspectives & opens your eyes to not just your shortfalls, but your magic/gifts as well. Listened to the audible but bought the hard copy as well to highlight so many great points for quick reference.

Good in theory. Better in life.

These are life changing principles when put into action. Have read it twice and still learning.
