it's perhaps indicative of where we are with AI how bad this narration is. Performed by an AI engine, it doesn't even know how to say SaaS or Ai. it makes it really hard to take seriously when an AI consortium puts out a book using AI that can't even pronounce well known words.

To make it (much) worse, the content is a pitch deck for Ai with no actual content. Anyone listening to this book would expect to hear something about "how" to use AI, they would know most of the metrics they are trying to solve for.

What they get is a lot of generic tripe about using AI and a lot of "use cases" with no insight into how to actually tackle or address any of them. It's a complete onslaught of Ai hype with no substance.

Being in this space professionally, I know there are Ai apps and tools that are being used effectively in marketing. But this book addresses none of them in favor of being a hype machine for Ai.

Even if you need to know what a CMO measures in the modern world, you can do better than this.

Super high level book with little actual content and terrible narration.
