I have been looking for a step by step guide on how to just function in everyday life with adhd. A guide that fits me. I can apply every single thing in this book to my everyday life. And what I have tried so far has worked.

The author has a clear understanding of how the brain works on a person with this condition. I find that incredibly important as it's the core reason why we do what or rather why we don't do it. Actually he's spot ON. I found myself listening while I cleaned up the kitchen all before bedtime. I fully intend to listen again and again while I tackle other chores around the house. Everyone could use this advice as we all tend to procrastinate from time to time.
