This book delves into so many things we are enduring with political craziness on a daily basis. I found it very helpful and grounding.

Timely book for today.

After reading her first book, I knew that I would enjoy this one. But I did not know how much. the words laura shared in her humorous, and thoughtful character helped me recognize how much we consistently live feeling overwhelmed and don't realize it. While living in this place, we also don't see the impacts to our physical and emotional health, our wellbeing, and that of those closest to us like our family and friends. Laura did not just remind us that we're overwhelmed. She reminded us that there are things we can do to restore calm and peace even in the midst of chaos. Sometimes, that requires really tough choices. But her words were thoughtful in helping us to recognize when we need to make those choices a reality. For the helpers ans doers this book it's invaluable.
