Synthesis

Once again necessity is the Mother of invention. An excellent synthesis/distillation of: The Toyota Way, Lean Startup, and Scrum. Provides an algorithm employees can embrace/execute in response to cheerleading executives hounding the them to “Go Fast”.

Practical for ops optimization

Less idolizing of Elon than other books that cover his businesses/approach, more focused on his approach to optimization

Simplicity

The concept is fairly straightforward and simple. It’s easy to replicate with practice. I’d recommend this book to others.
