And this audiobook is really great a lot of the advice in it goes along perfectly with advice counseling from my therapist and counselor So with them along this audio book really helps to make an improvement mentally. If you need help and are not currently seeing a counselor you know this might be a good idea.

The narrator does a wonderful job in narrating with one simple language for you to understand. It begins with an introduction: the first step towards emotional freedom. Following with eleven chapters each one with his own theme. The author Lucas Hayes, did an amazing job creating this audiobook. In the art of letting go is a practical guide to help you break free from overthinking and emotional baggage. So you can finally breathe again. I wish I found this audiobook many years ago. It will help me to release what no long serve me. The, things I went through in my past relationship to be calmer and to become more confident. I had question's is there a way to break negative thought's? How, does forgiveness help you to heal. How can you move on? By listening it help me to answer some of this questions. With the help of God during the years, I learning how to forgive and move one. I'm still in the healing process, I'm almost there. I recommend this for those who have questions and want answers on letting go. This audiobook will help you. I give it more than five stars.
