This book though useful and knowledgeable, is a little outdated by nowadays war standards. It still provides good guidance about the basis needed to succeed and win wars/life. The ones I kept in mind were use of deception, discipline, rigorous training, and no true place for divine interventions.

It was very good, up until…

The book itself was great. But an hours worth of flute music? Come on, really? Other than that, I enjoyed the spoken material and would listen to it again.

there's a reason people still read this book!

that's great just to see the thought put into different scenarios and although War may not be fought and exactly the same way the constructs are timeless. the last couple chapters were All Music would seem to bit odd.
