My father, Magni, always despised the Motherlands, and I'm no fan either, but I still go to the yearly summer gatherings that started when I was 16. The Northlands, Motherlands, and Old Europe each sends five future leaders. The Europeans are arrogant, the Motlanders are naïve, and neither of the groups seem to understand or accept that we Northlanders are born to lead.

This year, we postponed the gathering four months, and since we're hosting here in the Northlands, our guests were going to discover our beautiful winters. It would have been fine, if not for the unexpected snowstorm and the Europeans leaving one of their women behind. Now, we Nmen are gearing up to find Belle. I'm furious and ready to show the two delegations why they should stick to calculus and meditation and leave us real men to run the world.

I've watched Belle grow up over these past 10 years. She is as pure and sweet as her art, and even though I can never have her, the thought of her alone and scared in the woods makes me want to kill someone.

I'm going to save her life, even if it costs me my own!

Fantastic

She did it again. I adore this series and was so pleased to be notified there was a new book! Elin Peer is a fantastic writer, along with Noelle and John being wonderful narrators. This entire series has been nothing but amazing.

The Nmen kids all grown up!

This series is a favorite of mine. I didn’t expect installment and was so surprised. And of course, it’s as good as the rest.

Wonderful story!

This, this is not my preferred genre, but when I saw that the series was complete, I thought I’d read the first one and see what I thought! I can’t get enough! This series is both a great read and definitely worth listening to on audio! Great narration!

I was ecstatic to see that Elin Peer is writing more in this series. I loved all the previous stories and am so excited to see that a new area of the world has been found. The accents are fun and the story was great...I am wondering if Aubrey and Indiana will get together in the future?? Wishful thinking.

Enjoyable

Another fantastic book added to series. I love the banter between the characters; caused laughter throughout the book. The younger generation is a force to be reckoned with; a chip off the old block. Narrators continue to do a great job with characters; loved the French accent. On to the next book in series!
