My name is Donovan Belmont and I'm everything a guy wants to be. I'm rich. I'm good looking. I'm brilliant. And I'm still only 21 years old.

If I'm who every guy wants to be, I'm who every girl wants to be with. That includes you. Because I not only look good; I am good. At everything. If you know what I mean.

If you don't know what I mean, I don't really care. Whether you have a brilliant mind (I doubt it) or are a brainless idiot (like most girls with whom I spend my nights), I'm only interested in sex. Good sex. For me, anyway. And then I'm out and on to the next one.

If you don't like what I'm saying, oh well. You'd still probably let me screw you. Just don't expect anything more. I'm far too busy between finishing up my time at Harvard and making millions for my boss; a very important, very private guy. The kind of guy who makes things happen. Through guys like me. Sometimes bad things. But I'm cool with that.

As long as it keeps me on top...

This “set” should’ve just been a single book. Some of the inner dialogue was irritating but overall I enjoyed the story. Between Julia and Donnie, their pasts didn’t really justify their behavior. **Spoiler Alert **

Being rejected by girls in high school 5 years ago doesn’t justify becoming the king of “one nighters”...the sex addiction better justifies the behavior, blaming his past did work for me.
I get that Julia being betrayed by her husband would make her snap. However, I don’t get how Donnie’s drunken rebuffing would make her lash out at him and not the man she’d lived with for years. Especially not to the extent that she did. He drives a Ferrari, it never mentions him owning other cars so, how was he transporting bodies in a damn Ferrari and no one noticed? #plotflaw
