The Book of Revelation is Jesus' own book, presented to us through the pen of the apostle John. Filled with its vivid images and symbols, the book has intrigued men for nearly 2,000 years. But its meanings and its truths have become more and more evident with each passing decade.

John penned the book in approximately 90-95 AD. Everything he was given to write about was to happen in his future. Much of it has already happened in our past; however, the remainder of the book is happening now, in our present, as we draw nearer and nearer to the end of the age and the second coming of Jesus.

We no longer need to be confused. We know what 666 is! We know what the Beast is! We know what the second Beast is! We know which countries will rise and which countries will fall!

With knowledge of this information in hand, we can sit back and watch as everything unfolds. We can know that there is really no reason for us to fear anything. God's plan is beautiful! And the end is good!

I have no idea what the accent is supposed to be, or why it goes in and out, but adding an echo effect whenever another source is quoted (to make it more holy?) is classic and never fails to crack me up. I love that the book begins with a firm criticism and warning that the Bible should not be interpreted; it interprets itself. The rest of the book, of course, is a wild interpretation of the bible.

Hilarious!
