amazing clarifying

it's amazing how easy the author puts and explains supposedly complex subjects and makes you see the truth. this is a guided and easy to do direct inquiry without leaving you wondering where/how you have to search. in the end the answer is surprisingly obvious and not expected

It was a little hard for me to follow in the beginning, by chapter 3, i was fully on board.

Wonderful

Just a wonderful little book and very well read. I already planning on listening multiple times.
I really was able to allow myself to experience the simple exersizes and get a glimpse of no dual conscienceless. I found myself laughing out loud at some of the commentary from "Brook" the client, manly because I have thought the same things.
It's really amazing and such a radical shift from the world of form. Yet I feel as a result of listening, I was able to see thru the clouds. Baby steps, baby steps.

More awake

It's a great practical book about becoming more aware and knowing of who you really are. Impactful. The narration is not so good, but it does give the sense of a live workshop and it was affective
