This sequel to the best-selling Booked to Die combines masterful suspense, bullets, and booklore in one of the best contemporary whodunits on offer.

When rare book collector Cliff Janeway is offered a lucrative bondsman job, he can't refuse, especially since the bail jumper might have a priceless copy of The Raven. This is a must listen for mystery buffs and especially those who love booklore.

This was the second Cliff Janeway novel and far and away the best of the series. In the 90s when this came out Poe had become quite trendy and a subject matter for quite a few mysteries. This is by far the best treatment for that time period. ENJOY!

Excellent Story Performed Flawlessly.

John Dunning is a very good writer. I enjoyed all the of the Bookman series so far. This last installment is not as grabbing as the other 2 though. It has a nice story line and plot, but the characters aren't as believeable. I di enjoy reading the book though.

This was a great story from start to finish. I learned a lot about books and never knew who the killer was until the climax.

Great Story

Too long and drawn out. Lost interest about halfway through. I felt that the characters were not believable and neither was the story line.
