I hesitated to purchase this one because of the reader in the sample, but his was a wonderful reading, after all, and I highly recommend Gibrán’s book.

Piercing Story

Left me speechless. Deeply touching love story of friendship which grows to adult love. Faithfulness to both rules of society and religion honored.
Excellent reading with appropriate inflection

The narrator's voice is wrong for this collection.

I find it difficult to understand why a person with a Middle Eastern accent was not asked to read this classic, and when Mr. Daly tried to read as a woman, I felt embarrassed and insulted at the same time. It's hard to listen to this book, but I will continue to try, I feel that I have wasted my credit. Thank you. Sincerely.
