Must read for anyone starting out in their career or leadership during

I wish I had this book when I was in junior high.

I was fortunate enough to have a father that taught me most of these principles along with great mentors but if I would have had this book in my hands and all those years to compound,it’s scary to think where I would be today.

This book takes a bunch of principles you find in other books and puts them one place.

The leadership fable style makes the principals fun and accessible. Most people can relate to Sydney in some way.

This will be a gift for all college graduates I know!

Lastly, you’re a leader if you want develop people you you need to read this book I had so many ideas and ways to help develop next generation of talent. I will definitely read this many times over.
