When a pack of alphas walked through the door of my office one night in mid-summer, I was excited. Not just because I need this job to keep my business afloat, but also because I've been into the alpha/omega stuff for years. We don't see a lot of alphas in Boston, and I've never met an omega in person before. So when the alphas tell me they're looking for their kidnapped bride, I'm happy to help.

...That is, until I realize how dominating, overbearing, micro-managing, and positively controlling these guys can be. It doesn't matter how cute they are, or how good they smell, or how willing they are to defend me against some over-zealous former client who might be stalking me. These alphas don't get to take over this investigation. I'm going to solve it, and they're along for the ride, not the other way around.

And when we finally find their girl, their omega, I'm going to let them go. Because I am absolutely, definitely, for sure not falling in love with them.
