This is a must for pastors!

I recently listened to the audiobook The Christian Leader Blueprint: A Step-by-Step Guide to Leadership Transformation by Ryan Franklin, and I would honestly call it a must-listen for pastors and ministry leaders.

Franklin doesn’t just talk about leadership techniques — he addresses the leader. The book repeatedly brings you back to the truth that ministry effectiveness rises and falls on spiritual formation and character, not charisma or activity. His focus on discipline, accountability, and personal integrity makes the content both challenging and refreshing.

Well written clear and concise how to book for becoming a better leader. If you are looking to lead a big organization or something smaller, including just yourself there are great takeaways to help you start improving.
