Chris is an industry expert across community and does a great job bringing stories and case studies into his framework. He also provides the framework and playbook for community managers and executive leaders to utilize as they think about their community first strategy.

He provides relevant information on challenges and innovation that fundamentally change community now and in the future and how to focus and act with a strategic mindset but remain flexible and ready for forced or desired change.

His narration was great, and now I need to buy the book so I can do actual highlighting and not just save clips in the audiobook. This is the book that you revisit again and again as the strategy evolves. His framework keeps you grounded in priorities and structures how to internalize the importance of community so that all cross-functional teams and leaders understand the importance of the experience and the data that is held within and available from a brand-owned community.
