This audio book is an excellent listen for anyone who hasn't learned to be assertive. It's not preaching to you, it just explains how to become more assertive in your life and some of the good that can become of it.

This audio-book is a wonderful!

The section on how to raise assertive children was especially helpful to me as I continue to show my children that not everyone in the world is aggressive and one does not have to be aggressive to get where they want to be in life.
