Hands down the best UK property investment book.

I have read pretty much every UK property investment book available, and this book is without doubt the best no-nonsense straight to the point property investment guide, filled with great value that will save you thousands as a property investor. I'm sure I will be re listening to this book several times over the next few months as there was so much valuable information, almost too much to take in on the first read. highly recommend 5*

P.S there was no BS upsell of the authors training courses unlike pretty much every other book on the market.

So GOOD!

Living in the U.S, I knew this was relatable more to the UK but I have read ALL the U.S books. It is unbelievable how much I have got from this book. it's AMAZING. I would tell ALL of my fellow Americans to read this to gain perspective.
