I love the way author, Noelle Alvarez, shares her own life experiences and explains really useful mindset strategy tools, positive daily habits and goal setting for teens/young adults to implement into their life routines that are practical yet so powerful!

I highly recommend this book to teens and young adults especially, but really anyone looking for growth, alignment and mental toughness. I thoroughly enjoyed this read and will be applying many of her strategies and techniques into my daily routine!
