Peace between Anchor, Tide, and Stillness now exists — but only because all three agreed to restraint.

That balance begins to fracture when a new phenomenon appears:

Children across both continents begin manifesting a fourth resonance — something that is not anchor, not tide, not stillness.

They call it Echo.

Echo does not build.

Echo does not widen.

Echo reflects.

And when Echo activates, it mirrors the strongest force nearby — amplifying it beyond control.

If Echo aligns with Tide → uncontrolled expansion.
If Echo aligns with Anchor → rigid authoritarian stability.
If Echo aligns with Stillness → total suppression.

The children cannot control it.

And whoever teaches them first will define the future.
