The Convoluted Universe: Book One is the sequel to The Custodians. This book contains some of the more complicated concepts in metaphysics that Dolores Cannon discovered through 20 years of using deep hypnosis to explore the subconscious mind.

Some of the topics explored in this book include:

  • The origin, knowledge, and destruction of Atlantis
  • The explanations of Earth's mysteries, including the Pyramids, Easter Island, the Bermuda Triangle, the Ark of the Covenant, Loch Ness Monster, Nazca Lines
  • Characteristics of other planets
  • Parallel universes
  • Parallel lifetimes and realities
  • Other dimensions
  • And much more...

This audiobook is intended for those listeners who want their minds expanded by the more complicated metaphysical ideas that border on quantum physics.

This material is very interesting as usual for Dolores Cannon works. It gets a bit technical and “ convoluted “ really is the perfect descriptive title. However.. The female narration performed by “ Cherise Knapp “ was absolutely terrible. She was so disconnected from the work, she may as well have been Reading “ Green eggs and ham” to 1st grade kids. Terrible cuts through out as well, almost sounded like different people sometimes in the middle of a sentence.
This was already rather tricky material to absorb, and unfortunately this narration was of no help. I kept tuning her out and having to rewind. Cherise Knapp? You made this painful to get to the end . You should read kid’s books. Your tone was so disconnected it bordered on mockery. Sorry, this was not a review I wanted to write, as I adore Dolores Cannon.

Dolores Cannon deserved better narration.

So frustrated that Audible chose a man to read female characters. Why couldn't the main reader (female) just change her voice to match for female translations.
I loved this book, yet was always sooo confused about it being a male or female that was having a regression. Recommend if you're willing to suffer through the reading of the book.

Audible chose a man to read female characters!!!

The female narrator does not have an understanding of how Dolores Canon speaks, so when she reads, her cadence is off, and thus the story does not flow properly. This occurs so often, inserting the incorrect inflection, etc. that it makes the book hard to listen to. Good book, but get a narrator who understands the phoneticism of the author please!

New Narrator Needed

We all have wondered about things - the mysteries in life, or what might be beyond life.

I have these books and have already read them, but the audiobook experience is totally different and for me even better.

Fascinating. Expanding. A bit of everything, science, ethics, philosophy, spirituality, practical life, history, ancient, ancient, ancient history, dinosaur times, and even before that. The stars, galaxies, the universe, humans, animals, plants, this planet, other planets. The Bermuda Triangle, Atlantis, genetics . . . that's just a sample of what is covered.

The narration - definitely improving as the audiobooks are being made. Although I think right now my favorite narration is the one done for A Soul Remembers Hiroshima. But, the narration for this Convoluted Universe, Book One, is pretty good too.

There's so much in this book that I can listen to it over and over and still be surprised as sometimes the ideas are deep and I don't "get it" at first.
