"The Corvid's Key" introduces Ann Corrigan, whose quiet life is disrupted when she's drawn into the neighboring woods by an unusually persistent crow. Following the bird's strange guidance, Ann discovers a dilapidated, long-abandoned two-story house—a chilling time capsule where it seems time stopped decades ago. When the crow presents her with an antique key, Ann steps into a mystery that connects her property to a sinister past. This compelling tale is about one woman's journey to solve a decades-old mystery and bring peace to a haunted patch of land.

This is a very good short story that I would gladly recommend friends to read or listen to. It starts with a woman who loves putting food out for birds and crows. The crows bring her little gifts in return, which Crow and Ravens are apted to do. This day they brought 3 interesting items which she put in her pocket before going for a walk. Narrator does a Excellent job with the narration and has a gental easy listening voice.

I thought the story built well and kept a good pace with just enough foreboding and spookiness to keep you interested. The narrator did a really nice job of giving the characters slightly different voices in a very natural way without feeling like she was trying to be another character, the way you would if you were relating a story yourself. Amanda has a nice soft voice that is very easy to listen to.

I loved this story. It has a very Poe-like feel, which is certainly my aesthetic. The intrigue and characters are all engaging and keep you interested. Solid story; would love to listen to more in this universe. Ann, the protagonist, is very relatable. The performance by voice actor Amanda Woldt is so engaging, empathetic, tense, and colorful. She does an incredible job of emoting for the characters, setting the pace for the story, and creating anticipation and interest with her inflection. I could listen to her all day!

Moody, atmospheric, fun listen
