I wanted everyone to know the story is great, but the narrator sounded computerized and robotic at many points even at a 1.0 speed. The only drawback.

My favorite in the series

The best one yet in this series. A great combination of romance and intrigue. Unfortunately I read the books out of order so I knew how it ended, but that didn’t change my enjoyment of it.

The anticipation of the story of how Elliot got injured , and where Luke wife was & what happened to her

The story was very picturesque , and I could imagine the scenes . I didn’t like that there wasn’t more about Elizabeth’s disappearance .

It was enjoyable but for some reason, it failed to move me. The characters seemed too remote. I hope the next installment is better.
