Really enjoyed this book.

I adore this book, in my opinion. Particularly for couples that require a greater level of understanding. The internal exercises are quite eye-opening and beneficial.

I'm presently working through this workbook alone. I wished I had purchased two so my husband could have one; I believe he would gain something from participating in these activities with me. It has aided me in looking deeper within to identify certain issues I've personally been dealing with. I'm appreciative of this book.

It is great for couples

Both parts are something my spouse and I go through jointly because we both have one. Going through each segment one at a time doesn't take long because they are often fairly brief readings followed by quick activities. So far, I believe we've both gotten a lot out of it and have already developed the skills necessary to improve our communication and make our relationship run more smoothly. Strongly advised for any couple!
