clear and thorough

i enjoyed this audio. learned a lot. the author had a good mix of law, explanation, and opinion.

As of this writing, this is THE book to listen to

At first I tried to go low-rent and buy a bunch of shorter budget-type audio titles issued earlier (than now, which is summer 2016). These varied in quality from OK, somewhat useful to weird, but none had the coverage since the October 2015 issuance of SEC's regulation crowdfunding, which is indispensable. This is clear and listenable and a great start.
