Another winner for the Author and narrator

Ajax is the darkest Hero I have EVER read/ listen to. Still I rooted for him. How can he redeem himself from all he as done to human life. I can't say he as, but I still rooted for him. There lies the question......what is wrong with me.

Great story

This is a very dark story but exciting. The narrator needs to practice a little more on his character voices. I enjoyed it very much.

"I know what I want and I want a great deal!"

So, from a man's opinion, this was a great story of good versus evil and how the love of one woman can change even the most brutal of hearts! The narration was spot on and immersed you into the world of the Dark Lord! Another great book from a wonderful author. I listened to the Quesing before buying this book and I'm glad as it gives some of the history of Duvelt!

The Dark Lord

The Dark Lord by Kathryn LeVeque is an amazing telling of a brutal warlord that didnt know better than the heinous acts he commits to gain property and land. Until, he meets a lass in the castle he is currently seizing. She teaches him to be gentler, less brutal. The narrator on the audiobook, Chris VandenHeuvel was excellent! The overall book was exquisite.

Is a little darker than what I listen to normally. but history is full of dark facts.. Caught myself listening to this story every 2nd I could even if I wasn't free to do so I still found myself logging in and listening to it however I enjoyed it so much that every opportunity I was listening.
