everything, the whole package.

i love to listen to to neil reading. the timing pauses between the words make a lot of sense and really give the listener a lot of space to imagine this lovable scenario.

What about Neil Gaiman’s performance did you like?

his voice, his pauses, very pleasant and calming and wise and humorous and witty.

absolutely. it bleu me away with its simplicity and brilliant original story.

What a whimsical story, table indeed.

Easy to listen to, understand, and follow. Wonderful short story containing great imagery. As always, Mr Gaiman brings imagination to the forefront. making silliness an "it could happen moment".

I think one would surely be hard pressed to find a cuter story about human trafficking.

Gaiman never fails to entertain.

A perfect kids’ story. Enough repetition to get the (reader) (listener) eager to get to the end, and at the same time delighted by all the swaps and looking forward to all of them.
