In the city of New Orleans, Detective Mickey Nixon is still reeling from the shock of his recent breakup with Nancy Jones. Unbeknownst to him, Nancy has secretly become the notorious leader of a powerful gang, terrorizing the city's streets. When his old friend and fellow detective, Michael O'Neal, reaches out to him about the escalating gang violence, Mickey reluctantly joins forces with Michael to uncover the truth. As they dig deeper, they begin to suspect that Nancy might be involved, but she's careful to cover her tracks.
