There are some events happening in Eastern New Mexico, and Will rides to the area known as Devil's mountain. Will and his brother Joe sell lots horses to the army and the Indian Reservations. Will has heard that there are herds of wild horses and some unbranded cattle along the Canadian river. There are also rumors that several people have disappeared from this area. People in the area say some devil-worshipers are killing people and burning the bodies and giving the ashes to Satan. Will Cannon rides to this area to buy horses and cattle, and to find out the truth about the recent murders.

What a journey this was

I definitely enjoyed this book listen. The narrator was perfect and the author did an incredible job in the writing of this book. I was instantly hooked when I started the book. When I finished the book and it was over I realized I felt like I was on the journey myself. I highly recommend this book 100% It's a must have. It's incredible.

Historical Western Fiction

I just finished this and I have to say I enjoyed it from beginning to end. The storyline held me captive, the characters were believable, Yes, I would recommend this book to family & friends. Henry did an okay job of reading. I received this in a free audiobook give away and this is my voluntary review.
