Both were okay. But for me i love it in audio i can always here it whenever i want to.

This is a good compilation on how we teach our kids to be respectful to others and disciplined our kids in a good way. With practical examples and tools to use in every situation and also includes 21 tips that can helps us and we can incorporate in any parenting situations. Great book!
