He is commonly regarded as one of the finest novelists who ever lived, penning works including four long novels: Crime and Punishment, The Idiot, Demons, and The Brothers Karamazov.

Leo Tolstoy (1828-1910) was a Russian author, a master of realistic fiction, and one of the world’s greatest novelists. He is best known for his two longest works, War and Peace and Anna Karenina, which are commonly regarded as among the finest novels ever written.

Incredible Collection of Tolstoy and Dostoyevsky

The performances are incredible throughout - they bring nuance and humour to Dostoyevsky and Tolstoy and allowed me to experience them in a new way. The production levels are ace, too. An absolute bargain to get all of this, so well done, for one credit.

Everything is accurately indexed, too, so easy to find your way to particular stories or novels.

All in all, an A* collection that I can't recommend highly enough!
