The material can be used for review if already known; however, it makes reference to tons of figures. If you don't already know the concepts, you may not benefit.

AI narration is not tuned to present the material well. "RPIC" and other terms are pronounced strangely and inconsistently. References figures such as "figure 3 to 17". I assume that's "figure 3-17".
