Exactly What I Needed

I related to Tony’s story about trying to do everything in my business without written process. This book is very informative and spells out exactly how to run your business whether you are first starting out or been in business for 20 years. I highly recommend this book for anyone who wants to get out from being a technician in their company to running their enterprise business as it should be run.
