An epic closure to the Lex Chronicles trilogy!

Crystal Crawford continues to write an engaging story in the Lex Chronicles series with The Ends of Exile. The story picks up right where book 2 ends, the plot moves at an excellent pace and action abounds. The characters continue to develop along with the world around them as we move to closure in the series with an epic ending. I look forward to the next series by Crystal! Audio Version: Brad Gilliam continues to do a great job with the story, characters, and overall narration.

THE TIDE OF BATTLE COMES. WHICH SIDE WILL CLAIM VICTORY. WILL THE LIGHT WIN OR THE BREACH LET DARKNESS DEFEAT WORLDS.

STORY IS GREAT AND EASY TO FOLLOW.

ACCEPTABLE FOR TEENS AND UP.

NARRATOR WAS GOOD AND EASY TO FOLLOW.

Exciting Conclusion

I enjoyed book 3, "The Ends Of Exile" in "The Lex Chronicles" series. The last book of the trilogy was exciting and filled with more twists and turns putting Lex and his friends through many difficult and life-threatening situations. I appreciated that the author wrapped up all the mysteries introduced in the first two books of the series. Brad Gilliam's narration was entertaining. I was given a free copy of the audiobook, and I have voluntarily posted this review.

Each Book Gets Better- Pretty Epic Finale

Parents: pretty bloody but would be appropriate for 13/14+

Violence: PG-13
Sexual content: PG, mostly the kissing variety

This is going to mimic my other reviews – These books do need to be read in order and I can only encourage you to push through the first book as they become less confusing with a more understandable plot, and the world and character building is pretty amazing. This being the finale continues to have plenty of action, twists and turns, and is very much an emotional rollercoaster that keeps the reader invested and wanting more.

I continue to enjoy the clean lack of sexual content and language (not common for the genre).

Narrator: no drastic differentiations to speak of, pleasant tone of voice. I kind of feel like the yelling has been modified a bit (which was very needed in the first book especially, but maybe I’m just getting use it) just be sure your volume is adjusted a bit lower to help your ears out.
