About more than money...

I've never heard of this author before and am surprised. She's very good and not as hard-core as some of the other authors who deal with seeing the material world as different forms of energy. Some positives about the book: It's about waaaaaaay more than just money. I think that it's a mini self-help course. She deals with cleaning up clutter (not just physical stuff), resolving old emotional issues, forgiveness, the ego (which she calls Monkey Mind), and goal setting. I enjoyed it. Negatives: The only available audio quality for download is HORRIBLE. But, you'll get over it. The other thing that was mildy annoying is that the author is constantly refering to the "You and Money Course." I searched the internet to find out what that is, but only found references to the author saying that she's been leading it for 17 years! Anyway, it was like a constant commercial until I got used to ignoring it. The other thing was that a workbook apparently comes with the paper book. She talks about the exercises that you should be doing in it a few times. These three things are what prevented me from giving the book a 5 instead of a 3.

I have learned alot already about my relationship with money. Unfortunately she keeps asking you to sit down and write and refers to a workbook that you need. I would rather be taken on a guided meditation about the things that need to be written rather than stop my work or whatever to go find paper. However I must say, I am enjoying the relational cognitive modificaiton/awareness techniques that she presents. Recording a bit fuzzy.

I have actually been using this program for most of the six years it has been available; recently, I re-ordered it after wearing out the original cassette tapes. Maria Nemeth has a direct, fresh delivery about a tough topic-- how do you handle money, especially if your life is a mess? The solution-- get to the bottom of what is not right in your life, and recognize that everything is connected. Once you start making right selections about other areas of your life, especially the personal ones, you develop the skills to make the right decisions about money, too. So she has you look into the hologram, recognize which pieces of your life are broken, make a valid attempt to fix them, and, in the process, discover for yourself the power you have to look, see, tell the truth, and take authentic action... She has a handful of practical hints about money, but more importantly, she has hours of hints about how to get your life back on track. If you choose to follow her program, your life will change, and you will be richer, much richer for it.
