Outstanding Storyline

I enjoyed the way this novel had connections to the previous novel. Jeremy Fisk is a very realistic character in the storyline is taught and very believable. Highly recommended.

The adventure continues

Detective Jeremy Fisk runs into, deals with, and partners with 'The Ice Queen' of the Mexican Federal Police. The twists and turns are there, but I found this book somehow more exciting than the first,

Would you try another book from Dick Wolf and/or Peter Ganim?

Wolf's first book had a great premiss and twist. I hope his third one will be back up there.

Performance doesn't bring out the tempo of the writing. And the plotting is just okay.

Very realistic story. A little to much profanity, but pretty clean. Good look into modern era of the drug cartel plague in Mexico.
