9/11 ??

The story was good until it became totally about 9/11– they should say that in the preview. Could be very triggering for some people! Did not like.

Unexpected!

To be completely transparent, I initially attempted to return this title, as I found the pace to be too slow and the backstory to be somewhat dull. Fortunately, I was unable to return the title, and I am now extremely grateful for that circumstance. This book has proven to be one of the most engaging audiobooks I have listened to in a while, prompting me to write my first review on Audible. I assure you that if you persevere past the initial backstory, you will find it impossible to stop listening. When Sam presented his idea, I was taken aback and had to stop my mail truck to collect my thoughts. I wish I could award this title 10 stars, as it has provided me with a new perspective on the timeline and encouraged me to think twice about the domino effect that can occur when karma is involved.

Trigger warning

The performance was great but the story starts out slow. The main character was annoying and the story takes a left turn at the end. Considering the gravity of the event the author fictionalized in her story there should be mention of it in the description.

I rarely write ✍️ reviews but this one I couldn’t pass by. I absolutely loved loved loved this novel. I finished it in 2 days. The narrator was phenomenal and the author.....oh wow!! I highly recommend downloading this incredible book!

Wow!

Wow! I listen to a book or two a week and this one is amazing! Narrator is amazing as well! I have hundreds of books in my library and have only rated 2. It’s more than worth it!
