Ending was rushed

I'm a big fan of this author and I really liked this series. It's not quite as good as Demon Card Enforcer on most levels, but it's still really entertaining. I would have preferred sound effects and multiple VAs, but the voice talent was at least average and not filled with the generic Irish Scottish blend you see in a lot of works. The stat blocks were less engaging than other LitRPGs.

This feels like the end of the first leg of a saga, but since there have been no more books in the series in the last four years (2022-2026) we can assume this is the end of the story. I would have wanted to see the story continue into other worlds to take care of the rest of the void bringer threat. I would have liked Kalix Nickit fully resolved. It's mentioned in an earlier book that the adventurer guild/ fairy dungeon didn't see the void bringers as the greatest threat to the thousand continents, so that's another plot thread never dealt with. I would have loved more in this series.

I am surprised there aren't any other reviews. That's usually a bad sign, but the series really is good.
