Initially, I found the story felt like a marketing ploy for the academy run by the author. As I listened more, I realized that there were nuggets of wisdom and thought provoking points in the stories that captured my attention. The book does promote the academy and the work done to help people face their obstacles in a gentle way. I gained new insight and ideas in developing a better me and deepening relationships.
