THE MOST DANGEROUS ADVERSARY.
FROM THE MASTER OF THE GENRE.
OH, AND EXPLOSIONS.
Impossible doesn’t belong in Riley Wolfe’s vocabulary. He’s a master of heists and disguises, whose life's work is swindling the rich out of their undeserved treasures.
Now rumors surrounding a dangerous new figure of international crime are spreading through the underworld. And this ruthless collector, the Cobra, has a personal vendetta against Riley . . .
No matter—with the aid of his new partner, Caitlin, Riley prepares to take on the most powerful cultural institution in the world and bring home the supposedly unstealable Rosetta Stone. With the Cobra waiting for the right moment to strike, Riley is put to the ultimate test as he faces this most venomous villain—and tries to make it out alive.
Packed with Jeff Lindsay’s trademark style of intricately plotted twists, stunning global settings, and thrilling action, The Fourth Rule is a relentlessly suspenseful and delicious escapist thriller that will leave you shocked, breathless, and endlessly entertained.

Critic reviews
One of Book Page's "Nine Mysteries and Thrillers We Can't Wait to Read
“Jeff Lindsay…throws quite a nice twist into the finale that will have readers’ heads spinning." —BookReporter
"The Fourth Rule offers up a tasty combination plate of humor, deception, suspense and villainy – and that is just on the part of the protagonist. Wait until you meet the villain(s).” —Book Page
“Bestseller Lindsay ratchets up the stakes for master thief Riley Wolfe in his nail-biting fourth thriller featuring the charismatic antihero…Series fans will be captivated.” —Publishers Weekly
“Riley is entirely unique, and entirely captivating. This series has the potential to be as successful as the Dexter series, as readers continue to discover it. Here’s hoping it continues to many more books.” —Booklist
"Do you love the Mission: Impossible movies? Do you wish that they starred characters with . . . more flexible senses of morality? Then hie thee to Jeff Lindsay’s Riley Wolfe series. The thrillers starring the dashing thief (Just Watch Me, Fool Me Twice and Three-Edged Sword) are delightful globe-trotting adventures that provide plenty of escapist fun while never talking down to their audience, just like Tom Cruise’s joyously go-for-broke action blockbusters." —Book Page

In this book Wolfe’s heart is smitten with a woman. His head isn’t really in the game and once he has his plan he misses important clues that might have told him that the job he’s planning with this woman might not be the in his best interest.
The author does an excellent job narrating his own work
This book has my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION.
