Excellent summary of the Inner Work

This is indeed an excellent summary of the Work. There is one discrepancy in the narration: Every time “I” is pronounced as plural, it is pronounced as “iz” rather than “eyes”, as it should be, which could be difficult for a new aspirant listener, who might not be so familiar with the teachings. That being said, I am much grateful to the author. As the teacher who first introduced me to this Work is very far in distance from me, I have been studying and practicing these teachings for over 10 years now, I have adopted Ted and Rebecca as my indirect teachers, and they also are two of the three people who I trust for solid facts and safe presentation of the ideas of the Fourth Way, as well as interpretations of religious and philosophical ideas. Also, I much appreciate the presentation in this book of the “internal stop exercise” opposed to the one proposed in “In Search of the Miraculous”, which could very well be dangerous and detrimental. And I find the warnings very helpful and for the new aspirant, even necessary. So thank you very much! 🙏🏻

terrible from all angles

the AI narrator is terrible. there are no chapters or organization. it's horrible. there's no way to actually find the definition of "the work". she rambles on for hours repeating the exact same blather and attacking some weird schools that don't even exist anymore and never actually says anything

even when she touches on the work practices it's a jumbled disorganized bunch of random thoughts like she was on acid when she wrote it
