Princess Emma will do just about anything to get out of marrying the self-centered Prince Jorge. So when she meets a frog named Eadric who claims, of course, to be a prince, she decides to give him a kiss and see what happens. Bad idea. The frog stays a frog, and worse still, Emma turns into a frog herself. It turns out only the person who cast the spell can break it, so Emma and Eadric are soon hopping along trying to find the witch who can make them human again. This clever twist on the classic fairy tale is full of good-natured fun and romance.©2002 E.D. Baker (P)2005 Recorded Books, LLC Feel-Good Fantasy Science Fiction & Fantasy Romance

Thoroughly enjoyed this audio book and am passing it on to my granddaughters, ages 9 - 13. It kept me interested from beginning to end with many unexpected twists and turns.

Very Entertaining

The Frog Princess is a very cute story that would be age appropriate for elementary school or middle school children. I even enjoyed it as an adult with a child's heart.

Very cute Middle School appropriate book.

Audibles is a great learning accessory to school and the Accelerated Reader program. It helps with reading longer books and helps with memory for the AR test. It has been a lifesaver.

This is my first review and I’m sorry it will be such a negative one, but I assure you, it is warranted. I am reading the series along with my middle-school aged nephew. But he has more time on his 12 year old school boy hands than I do. So I was attempting to keep pace with him by listening to the audio book.
But that’s a definite hard NOPE.
This is the first time EVER in all my years of listening to audiobooks that I could not tolerate the recorded reader!
First and foremost I CAN HEAR ALL OF HER MOUTHSOUNDS. It’s soooo off-putting, to say the very least. I have never even heard an unscripted BREATH from any recorded reader before, but this one? I am pretty sure I can hear spit strings *wretch* !

The second strike that I cannot forgive is that the book is written in first person from the perspective of a 14 year old girl. But the reader sounds like a 40 year old woman who took elocution classes and failed out.

I do NOT recommend this audiobook to ANYONE with ears of any kind.

Great Story, can’t listen to this reader!
